An inside view of todays high efficiency Type IV gas Furnaces being installed. Note the use of PVC piping for venting spent fuel on this Goodman gas unit.
We service commercial oil boilers such as this Weil Mc Lain.
If you have one of these Climatrol Gas Furnaces (above left photo) or someting similar, it is best to upgrade to a higher efficiency model such as the Goodman above. It will pay for itself in lower energy cost, reliablity, and better comfort. Opposite to the right is is a Smith Commercial Oil Boiler that other technicians couldn't fix until we came. It had fuel problems caused by multiple conditions that needed correction. We fixed this unit right and quick along with recomendations for better performance, and Mr. Richard J. Colasuonno, the owner/manager of this recently purchased Siesta Property apartment building in Plainfield, NJ was very happy afterwards. During the repair Richard J. Colasuonno sat along with us to learn our techniques, used our suggestions, but yet stiffed us on the payment. Some people are really snakes with no concience when it comes to screwing others*. Beware of them as they come in all forms!
High efficiency natural gas furnaces have super blue flames to them in conjuction with double heat exchangers, and when combined with variable speed blowers it becomes economic as well as maximizers in heating & cooling comfort.
Here is a Richardson Commercial Boiler that is built like a tank. Too bad a disgruntled tenant sabotage it soon after we fixed for its sooting problem.
In this photo of a small residential boiler, this owner suffered a bad sooting problem. A simple modification to the connecting vent pipe cured the problem. Mouse over the photo to see if you can find the difference as to what we did. In this particular case, no amount of tuneup is going to cure this problem unless the cause is taken care of first. At Handymen of America we are NATE certified and know exactly what to do.
Let us expertly repair or service your existing Oil or Gas Boiler, Furnace, Burner.
If not, let us install for you a high efficiency heating/cooling unit that pays for itself in lower energy cost, rebates, and by giving you maximum comfort.
