Hello, my name is Joseph Routis. Ever since an aunt gave me a model car to assemble at age eleven I developed a desire to work with my hands. Soon I was building model ships, and other intricate items.
Then a time came when my father bought a color television back in the 60's and was expecting someone to install it but that person never came.
My father did not want me to touch our TV; back then color TV's were a rarity and very expensive. Nevertheless, I was able to install it by myself and soon after was watching in color. Many years later this television finally gave out and my knowledge learned in electronics enabled me to trouble shoot the problem and correct it.
And so this desire transferred to many aspects of my life later, including to forming Handy Men of America Inc.
From one American handyman to another American handyman, our vast expertise with many different licenses, certificates, and qualifications, we together are The Handymen of America.
